Will you be specifying in writing exactly what I will be receiving for my money and am I required to pay a deposit? |

Yes, we send out a contract with every event we book. A 50% deposit is required to hold a date and time. |

Can we order special decorations for the horse drawn vehicle? |

We will work with you or your floral designer to bring elements of your special event into the look of the carriage. If requested, special colors can be added to the vehicle. |

Are beverages permitted on carriage rides? |

Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in an open carriage, which is traveling on city streets. Champagne can be used in photos when the carriage is standing still and not in operation. If you have any special requests you would like to include in your event, please let us know and we will see what we can arrange. |

What style of dress will the driver and attendant be wearing? |

For formal events, both the driver and footman wear dress jackets and top hats. We are open to discuss special arrangements for unique attire requests. |

Is music provided in the carriage? |

We are happy to provide you with music on CD. Any special requests or selections must be provided to us on a CD prior to the event. |

Is there a top on your carriage in case of
foul weather? |

Yes, all of our vehicles (except the sleigh)
have tops that can be raised for inclement weather. |

Are your drivers experienced? |

All of our drivers are experienced and courteous. We also provide a footman attendant to help people in and out of the vehicle. |

Are your horses well groomed? |

Our horses are washed, dried, and brushed before every event. |
